Our Process

Hydro Pure Water was designed with devotion and determination to produce some of the Highest Quality Drinking Water for the consumer. By using Double Purification Technology, Hydro Pure Water meets and exceeds all applicable bottled water standards for quality and safety at the Federal and State level. Hydro Pure Water uses certified laboratories to perform extensive tests on its bottled water products to ensure that we meet and exceed all Federal and State Bottled Water Regulations.

Our water tastes so crisp, pure and refreshing, because we go through multiple processing steps that are monitored closely at our processing facility to ensure every gallon we bottle meets and exceeds your quality standards.

As city water enters our facility it immediately goes through a Carbon Filtration Tank, where water is backwashed through 2 cubic feet of carbon. The carbon absorbs and traps organic matter, chemicals and chlorine. (2 cu. ft. of carbon is equivalent to 12 acres of land) After the water is backwashed through the carbon it goes through an Ion Exchange System, which conditions the water by neutralizing the hard minerals like calcium, manganese and any other hard minerals that are present. With the hard minerals neutralized the water enters a 5 Micron Filter, which removes any carbon particles and fine particle matter. Next, the water goes though a Reverse Osmosis Membrane, which forces water though a membrane at 200 psi. This only allows water molecules to pass through, diverting contaminants aside. After the water passes though the Reverse Osmosis it goes into a storage tank where it gets its Ozone Treatment With Filtered Air, this is where Ozone is added to the storage tank to ensure a sterile environment and to add oxygen back into the water. Now after the Ozone treatment the water goes through an Active Carbon Filter, which removes micro organisms and organic compounds that causes discoloration and odor in the water. After the water passes through the filter it goes through another Reverse Osmosis Membrane, which again it is forced though a membrane at 200 psi so only water molecules can pass diverting contaminants aside. After the water passes through the Reverse Osmosis it goes into its second storage tank where it gets its second Ozone Treatment With Filtered Air, where Ozone gets added to the storage tank to ensure a sterile environment and to add oxygen back into the water. After the second Ozone Treatment the water gets pumped though a 3 cubic foot of Coconut Carbon Filtration Tank, which polishes the water and gives it a crisp taste. After the 3 cubic foot carbon tank the water enters its third and final storage tank where it receives its Stirred Ozone Treatment with Filtered Air. This is where high Ozone is added to the storage tank with a vortex movement creating the stirred Ozone treatment and also to add oxygen back into the water. After the water has been stirred with the High Ozone treatment it goes into our bottle washer and filler machine and on to you home or office. So everytime you have a cup of our pure and refreshing water just remember the adventure that the water had to endure to become Hydro Pure Water.
